We are intentionally redesigning Align Within as a structured executive cohort experience grounded in leadership architecture and liberation-centered systems alignment. The next iteration of this program is scheduled to launch in late 2026 or early 2027. What began as a leadership accelerator has matured into a disciplined cohort for executives who understand that sustainable institutional transformation requires more than personal growth. It requires clarity around power, governance relationships, decision-making authority, and the structural impact of executive leadership.

Align Within is being rebuilt to serve senior leaders navigating complexity — including growth, board alignment, organizational transition, and cultural tension rooted in structural ambiguity. The program will focus on strengthening institutional coherence by examining how leadership behavior intersects with governance models, accountability systems, and operational design. This redesigned experience reflects SIYG’s commitment to moving beyond surface development into structural alignment. An interest list is forming for executives and boards who wish to be notified as details are finalized. This will not be a traditional leadership program. It will be a rigorous engagement in institutional design and executive responsibility.
